Sealed BIDS for Delcris Drive Sidewalk Phase II will be received by City of Homewood until 4:30 p.m. on the 11th day of December, 2023, at the office of City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209. Bids will be opened at 4:31 p.m. on the 11th day of December, 2023, at the office of City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209.

Pre-Bid Conference (Optional): A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 10:00 am at the intersection of Delcris Drive and West Oxmoor in Homewood, Alabama, 35209. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

This project consists of:

• A sidewalk to be constructed along Delcris Drive between West Oxmoor and Shades Glen Drive

• Tree removal

• Driveway construction
