Printed bid documents will be available for order Monday, November 24, 2025, and may be obtained by contacting and sending a deposit to the office Alabama Graphics at 205 252-8505 for $100.00 per set + shipping costs. The deposit will be refunded for printed documents returned in good condition one week after the bid opening.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Jacksonville, Alabama, until 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, December 18, 2025, by mail or hand delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, 320 Church Avenue SE from General Contractors licensed in the State of Alabama, and then be publicly opened and read for the project “A Community Safe Room for the City of Jacksonville, Alabama”. This project includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment for constructing the Work according to the drawings and specifications described in the Bid Documents. A bid bond is required.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the site at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The site address is 619 Gardner Dr. SE, Jacksonville, AL.
