Construction of the Homewood Public Library New Finishes Phase 4

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference – Homewood Public Library, Administrative Conference Room, 1721 Oxmoor Rd, Homewood, AL 35209 at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

This project will consist of a pre-engineered Romtec Building Package and includes:

• New carpeting

• New LVT and lighting

• Restroom renovations in the administrative and children’s library areas of the Homewood Public Library
