Sealed Bids will be received by Anniston Water Works and Sewer Board, 1429 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201, until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, October 9, 2025, for the construction of
CROSS KEYS LIFT STATION RENOVATION
at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
Attendance at a prebid conference will be a mandatory requirement of submitting a Bid for this project. The mandatory prebid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Anniston Water Works and Sewer Board’s Office located at 1429 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201.
This project consists of:
Installation of a new wet well
New submersible pumps
New valve vault
Associated piping
New electrical equipment
Demolition of existing sanitary sewage lift station
Related miscellaneous site work
