Sealed bids for the construction of a restroom – pavilion facility and associated sitework in Homewood, AL, will be received by the Homewood City Clerk, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209 until October 2nd, 2025 @ 3:00 pm. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. No bids shall be accepted after this time.

Pre-Bid Conference (Mandatory): A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 18, 2025, @ 10:00 am at the project site (Homewood Soccer Park on South Lakeshore Drive, Homewood, AL 35209. Bidders must attend.

This project will consist of a pre-engineered Romtec Building Package and includes:

• Clearing

• Removals

• Grading

• Drainage

• Sidewalk

• Curbs

• Handrail

• Assembly of building including electrical and plumbing.
