HARD COPY Bid Documents may be obtained from the Architect (Engineer) upon deposit of $ 100.00 per set, which will be refunded in full on the first 2 sets issued to each general contract bidder submitting a bonafide bid, upon return of documents in good condition within ten days of bid date. Other sets for general contractors, and sets for subcontractors and dealers, may be obtained with the same deposit, which will be refunded as above, less cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution.

Sealed proposals will be received by Alabama Historical Commission at the office of Calvin Chappelle, Park Museum, 437 County Road 63, Marbury, Alabama 36051 until 9:00 a.m. CDT September 2 2025 for:

at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held 9:00 a.m. August 12, 2025 at the Park Museum, 437 County Road 63, Marbury, Alabama 36051. Contractors must attend this Conference to be qualified to submit a bid.
