Sealed BIDS for Green Springs Highway Improvements will be received by the City of Homewood until 3:00 p.m. on the 19th day of August 2025, at the office of City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209. Bids will be opened at 3:01 p.m. on the 19th day of August 2025, at the office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209.

Pre-Bid Conference (Mandatory): A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 11:00 am at the intersection of Broadway Street and Green Springs Highway in Homewood, Alabama, 35209. Bidders must attend.

This project includes:

• Stormwater infrastructure, resurfacing, sidewalks, and grading along Green Springs Highway, between approximately Broadway Street to AL SR 149 (Lakeshore Parkway) and around Woodmont Drive

• Construction of the improvements will require curb & gutter, landscaping, tree/vegetation removal, and utility coordination

• Erosion control and traffic control is also be included in the project scope.
