Sealed proposals will be received by The Birmingham City School Board of Education at Central Administration Building, 2015 Park Place North, Birmingham, Alabama, 35203, in the Auditorium, by Owner's Representative Ed McMullen, until 2:00 p.m. on September 9, 2025 for BCS Central Office Relocation, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 p.m. on August 26, 2025 at the same location where bids will be received. Because of the nature of this project, Prime General Contractor bidders who have been pre-approved must attend the Pre-bid Conference. If the number of bidders who attend the Pre-Bid Conference decreases so there is little or no competition, the Bid may be postponed at the discretion of the Owner.

This project consists of:

• Interior Renovations to a 166,000 square feet 12-story office building located in Birmingham, Alabama

• Renovations include space reconfiguration, finish replacement, mechanical system upgrades, electrical system upgrades, and IT system upgrades

• The building includes office space on levels 1-2 and 7-12, with existing integrated parking on levels 3-6

• The scope of renovations varies on each floor
