Sealed proposals for the renovation of the above referenced project will be received by Hoover City Schools, on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time, in the Conference Room of the Hoover Transportation/Operations Department (1070 Buccaneer Drive, Hoover, AL35244), at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. ONLY CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE BEEN PRE-QUALIFIED and have a representative present at a MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE scheduled for Monday, June 23rd, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the above address will be eligible to bid.

Installing Owner-furnished new football, softball, and baseball field lighting on existing poles
