Sealed BIDS for the Homewood Pedestrian Underpass will be received by the City of Homewood until 3:00 p.m. on the 8th day of July 2025, at the office of City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209. Bids will be opened at 3:01 p.m. on the 8th day of July 2025, at the office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor City Hall, 2850 19th Street South, Homewood, AL 35209.
Pre-Bid Conference (MANDATORY): A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Underpass entrance at Oxmoor Road and US Highway 31 in Homewood, Alabama, 35209. Bidders must attend.
This project consists of:
Landscape, hardscape, irrigation, electrical, and concrete work to be constructed at the underpass at Oxmoor Road and US Highway 31
Construction of the improvements will require stone veneer, fencing, columns, etc.
