Phase IV-Completion of Loop #2 – Conversion of Electrical Power Distribution System to 15KV
PSCA No. 012P

At which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A pre-bid conference will be held on October 26, 2023 at 9:00 AM CST at the University of Montevallo Physical Plant Conference Room, Station 6130, L. Holland Floyd Physical Plant, Montevallo, AL 35115: for the purpose of reviewing the project and answering Bidder’s questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required for all Contract Bidders intending to submit a Proposal and highly recommended for all Subcontractors. Bids from Contractor Bidders who do no attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be rejected.

This project consists of:

• Installation of the underground infrastructure to support the installation of transformer switches and cabling for Phase IV completion of Loop #2.

• Selective demolition

• New construction of a loop

• Utility relocation and extensions

• Erosion and sediment control

• Miscellaneous sitework

• Supervision of the work of the project

• All related work, as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents
