Sealed proposals will be received by Fairfield City Schools, 6405 Avenue D, Fairfield, Alabama 35064, until 2:00 p.m. CST April 25th, 2024 for Forest Hills Community Center – HeadStart Renovations Phase 1 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Fairfield Board of Education at 10:00 am, CST, Thursday, April 4th, 2024. Attendance at Pre-Bid Conference by the General Contractor Bidders is optional.

This project consists of:

• Toilet addition

• Corridor renovation

• New parking lot
