HARD COPY Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained from Alabama Graphics, algraphicsplanroom.com, 205-252-8505, hard copies require a deposit of $100 per set, which which will be refunded in full on the first 2 sets issued to each general contract bidder submitting a bonafide bid, upon return of documents in good condition within ten days of bid date. Other sets for general contractors, and sets for subcontractors and dealers, may be obtained with the same deposit, which will be refunded as above, less cost of printing, reproduction, handling, and distribution. Digital copies may be purchased at the expense of the bidder.

Sealed proposals will be received by Alabama Historical Commission at the office of Calvin Chappelle, Park Museum, 437 County Road 63, Marbury, Alabama 36051 until 2:00 p.m. CDT March 19 2024 for:

Confederate Memorial Park Roof Replacements & Window Refit, 437 County Road 63, Marbury, Alabama

at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held 10:00 a.m. March 12, 2024 at the Park Museum, 437 County Road 63, Marbury, Alabama 36051. Contractors must attend this Conference to be qualified to submit a bid.
