Sealed proposals will be received by Birmingham City Schools, Location of Bid Opening, 2015 Park Place North, Birmingham, Alabama, 35203; UNTIL 2:00 p.m. Local Time; on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, for:

BCS NORTH ROEBUCK ELEMENTARY RENOVATION

at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at the same location where bids will be received, at 2:00 PM, on
November 21, 2023, for the purpose of reviewing the project and answering Bidder’s questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is NOT required for all General Contractor Bidders that have been prequalified to bid.

This project consists of:

• The renovation of North Roebuck Elementary School, located at 300 Red Lane Rd, Birmingham, Alabama 35215

• All related work as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents
