Sealed bids will be received by the Greenpond Water System located at 19639 Eastern Valley Road, Woodstock, AL 35188, until Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. CST, and then publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work described as follows:

Industrial Park Water Line & Railroad Crossing

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at Scott G. Davis Industrial Park, 148 Integrity Drive, Woodstock, AL 35188, on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. CST.

The project consists of:

• Contract A: installing approximately 3,875 linear feet of 12" ductile iron water line

• Contract B: the jack and bore installation method of approximately 210 linear feet of 24" steel casing with 12" ductile iron carrier pipe under the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks
