Sealed proposals for the renovation of the above referenced project will be received by City of
Talladega Purchasing Department, on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. CST, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, located at 255 South Street West, Talladega, Alabama 35160, at which
time and place they will be publicly opened and read. ONLY CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE
BEEN PRE-QUALIFIED and have a representative present at a MANDATORY PRE-BID
CONFERENCE scheduled for Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. CST at Fire Station 1,
located at 255 South Street West, Talladega, Alabama 35160 will be eligible to bid.

• The removal and replacement of the existing roof and alternates for additional
  roof and metal work
