Sealed bids for the Old Sardis Baptist Church – Entry Repair, Concrete Work will be received by Old Sardis at Old Sardis Baptist Church – 1240 4th St N, Birmingham, AL 35204 at 4:00pm Central Standard Daylight Time (CST) on Wednesday, January 7, 2025.
A pre-bid conference will be held via Zoom on December 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Onsite walkthroughs will take place December 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm CT at Old Sardis Baptist Church 1240 4th St N, Birmingham, AL 35204.
Work generally includes but is not limited to the following:
Repointing and cleaning of the existing masonry at the west side of the Entry Stair.
New concrete slab at the top of the entry stair.
New aluminum handrail.
Waterproofing of the existing concrete stairs and new concrete slab.
With BID Options of the following:
Option 1: Repair of interior south bearing wall below concrete steps.
Option 2: Replacement of interior south bearing wall below concrete steps.
