Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

1. Bid Date: June 5th, 2024.

2. Bid Time: 2:00 pm.

3. Location: Hoover City Hall, 100 Municipal Lane, Hoover, Alabama 35216.

An optional Pre-Bid Conference and site tour for all bidders will be held at the project site on May 16th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., local time. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.

You may use your ESTABLISHED Net 30 Alabama Graphics Account, cash/check, or credit card to purchase this project.
Please note that some orders may be adjusted at time of delivery and/or shipping. Your invoice total may be adjusted +/- according to the destination or size of order.
